Ba mhaith liom na seomraí ar fad a fháil péinteáilte. Cén fhad a thógfaidh sé ort na seomraí a phéinteáil? I would like to get all the rooms painted. How long will it take you to paint all the rooms?
Cé mhéad seomra atá agat? How many rooms do you have?
Sé cinn ar fad. Six in total.
Tógfaidh sé thart ar chúig lá na seomraí ar fad a phéinteáil. It will take around five days to paint all the rooms.
Tá sé sin ceart go leor. That is ok.
Cén dath ba mhaith leat don seomra seo? What colour would you like for this room?
Cad faoi dhath bánbhuí? What about the colour cream?
Go deas. Glacfaidh mé grianghraf den seomra seo. Nice. I will take a photograph of this room.
Seo í an chistin. Ba mhaith liom dath donn a chur ar an mballa anseo. Cad a cheapann tú? This is the kitchen. I would like to put a brown colour on the wall here. What do you think?
Ní maith liom an dath sin don chistin. Tá sé ródhorcha. Cad a cheapann tú faoi dhath buí? I don’t like that colour for the kitchen. It is too dark. What do you think about a yellow colour?
Tá sin ar fheabhas. Seo é an seomra bia. That is great. This is the dining room.
Tá an phéint ar an mballa ródhorcha. Cad a cheapann tú faoi dhath magnóilia a chur ar an mballa anseo? The paint on the wall is too dark. What do you think about putting the colour magnolia on this wall?
Tá sé sin ceart go leor. That is ok.
Iontach. Glacfaidh mé grianghraf den seomra seo. Great. I will take a photograph of this room.
Seo é an seomra folctha. This is the bathroom.
Tá an balla an-ghlas agus tá an t-urlár ródhorcha. Mholfainn dath béas a chur ar an mballa anseo. Beidh cuma níos fearr ar an seomra. The wall is very green and the floor is very dark. I would recommend to put the colour beige on the wall here. The room will look a lot better.
Is maith liom an dath sin. I like that colour.
Ar fheabhas. Great.
Seo é an cúigiú seomra; an seomra codlata. This is the fifth room, the bedroom.
Tá sé seo an-mhór. Is maith liom na fuinneoga. Bheadh dath corcra go hálainn ar an mballa seo. This is very big. I like the windows. The colour purple would be beautiful on this wall.
Go maith. An féidir leat meastachán den obair a chur ar fáil dom? Good. Can you send me an estimate of the work?
Seolfaidh mé chugat é amárach. I will send it to you tomorrow.
Go raibh míle maith agat. Thank you very much.
