Identify service improvements you can make and prepare for evaluation

This short course will cover theoretical and practical aspects, including:

  • Descriptive statistics and process mapping as applied to healthcare
  • Identifying measurable data points in operational processes and evaluation
  • Critical Path Analysis and Gantt charts
  • Risk Assessment Matrix and a project risk register
  • Searching and critiquing relevant literature and using correct referencing.

Whilst the effects of change can never be precisely predicted, this course will also look at how you can make assurances about safety and quality management based upon evidence.
