This two-week course will prepare you for what’s to come when completing an online course with the University of Newcastle. We will help equip you with some useful study tools, including resources for staying organised, taking effective notes and essay-writing.

You will also explore the benefits of online study, and be cautioned against some of the pitfalls that land online learners in hot water. In this course, we will look at some of the difficulties you may encounter when studying online, and how you can overcome these barriers to achieve academic success.
