How can healthcare leaders approach management of healthcare organisations?

This short course will give you the opportunity to critically explore strategic and evidence-based management in healthcare. You will look at strategy development and the benefits of strategic management. The course will also give you the opportunity to explore operational management within healthcare including project management, planning, design, implementation and performance monitoring. You will use a number of tools to apply this learning to work-based scenarios.
