This course will help you to develop the skills to formulate item descriptions in accordance with the SMM7 and understand the procedure for producing a Bill of Quantities in accordance with the SMM7.
On completion, you should be able to explain the application of SMM7 principles for preliminary and measuring substructure and superstructure works.
The course will also help build knowledge on how to apply SMM7 principles to take-off substructure and superstructure works.
