Understand structuring data analysis within a project

In this course, you’ll consider methods and tools used in project governance and planning, implementing change, monitoring progress and evaluation. You’ll also have the opportunity to practice writing aims and SMART objectives while considering risk management, threats to implementation and their mitigation.

  • Demonstrate a critical understanding of evaluation planning and methods for data collection and analysis
  • Critically apply the principles and processes of good governance in monitoring the successful operationalisation of the proposed project
  • Critically apply understanding of the requirements of the business proposal submission marking criteria to enhance its integrity, coherence and impact, and demonstrate achievement of the learning outcomes
