Watch Craig chat about the conversations and questions that have arisen from comments, discussions and learner activity throughout Week 3 of the course. We hope you enjoy it.

This is an additional video, hosted on YouTube.

A transcript is available in the Downloads section of the step.

You can watch this video in the step, or you can view it on YouTube for full screen options.

In the See also section, you can also access links to research discussed in the video for optional additional information. Please note: We often provide links to free abstracts from research papers, as optional additional reading. There is never a requirement to purchase or read the full papers, which in many cases may require a fee or a paid subscription in order to access.

Consider exploring previous feedback videos by Craig and Richard

Consider watching feedback videos from Week 3 previously recorded by Craig and Richard on the Monash Mindfulness YouTube channel for more course-related mindfulness discussion.

Follow Sherelle

If you haven’t already, follow your course mentor Sherelle to stay up to date with key discussion threads and news.

Please note, the mentor is predominantly focused on discussions for the current week, rather than the whole course at any one time. Please try to keep your discussions to the active week if you’re hoping to engage with the mentor and other learners. So for Week 4, those dates are Monday August 30 to Sunday September 5.

You’re welcome to keep the conversation going outside those dates, but please note that Sherelle will not be able to monitor or provide guidance in the comments or discussions.

Mark as complete

When you are finished on this step, select the Mark as complete button before moving on to the next step. Continue to mark each step as complete as you make your way through the course.

Doing so, helps you keep track of your progress through the course and counts towards your certificate – which is available to you upon successful completion, should you wish to upgrade the course.

Check your progress

As you make your way through the course, you might like to check your progress. You can do this by selecting the Progress tab where you’ll see what percentage of the course steps you’ve marked as complete.
