Feedback from the educators

Watch Craig and Richard chat about the conversations and questions that have arisen from comments, discussions and learner activity throughout Week3 of the course. We hope you enjoy it.

This is an additional video, hosted on YouTube.

A transcript of this feedback video is available from the Downloads section of this step.

More Monash Mindfulness

If you haven’t already, consider exploring the additional content by the course team that’s available on the Monash Mindfulness YouTube channel.

While you’re there, you may also like to subscribe so you’re the first to find out when new mindfulness-related content is released.

Follow Sherelle and Liz

If you haven’t already, follow your course mentors Sherelle and Liz to stay up to date with key discussion threads and news.

Please note, the mentors are predominantly focused on discussions for the current week, rather than the whole course at any one time.

Please try to keep your discussions to the active week if you’re hoping to engage with the mentors and other learners. So for Week 4, those dates are Monday 6 April to Sunday 12 April 2020.

You’re welcome to keep the conversation going outside those dates, but please note that Sherelle and Liz will not be able to monitor or provide guidance in the comments or discussions.

Check your progress

As you make your way through the course, you might like to check your progress. You can do this by selecting the Progress tab where you’ll see what percentage of the course steps you’ve marked as complete.

Mark as complete

When you are finished on this step, select the Mark as complete button before moving on to the next step. Continue to mark each step as complete as you make your way through the course.

Doing so, helps you keep track of your progress through the course and counts towards your certificate – which is available to you upon successful completion, should you wish to upgrade the course
