Skip to 0 minutes and 12 secondsCRAIG HASSED: Welcome to week six. This course is drawing to a close, and so this week we review some of the key concepts that we've explored over the past six weeks. We're going to discuss some of the ways of maintaining our practise, including exploring some common obstacles. Six weeks is actually quite a short time as you may have discovered, and our hope is that we've planted a seed, and helped you to discover some practises and applications and ways of thinking that are personally meaningful to you.
