Continuing the theme of the first short course, you will now look in more detail at specific techniques that can help us make more effective decisions.

We will explore how an awareness of these can facilitate more rounded and considered decisions in both your professional and personal lives, and critically assess the various influences and factors affecting the decision-making process.

Dr Dongmei Cao is Assistant Professor (Senior Lecturer) in Strategy. Dongmei has extensive teaching experience in Higher Education Institutes in the UK. She is an active researcher & journal editor.
