Controlling sound from motion

Can we play music with biosignals? This video focusses on how knowledge from scientific research is being used to develop innovative instruments.

So far we have mainly looked at how we can use technologies for analysing music-related motion. This video focuses on how knowledge from such scientific research can be used for developing new musical instruments.

This is exemplified through the prototype instrument MuMYO, which is based on the biosignals measured with the MYO armband. This armband is not available any longer, unfortunately, but other products will hopefully soon appear on the market.
