For some time, the coming of a new economy has been predicted, due to the spread of information technology, and environmental factors. Recent changes in the world suggest the new economy has now arrived.

Added to this, the need to understand businesses and industries through business analytical techniques is arguably more important now than ever before.

This course provides an overview and conceptualisation of the new economy, including types, impacts, and implications.

You will also have the opportunity to explore the concept of business analytics, the different types, and their applications.
