This week’s topic is all about what you like to do in your spare time.

Whether you are a fan of cultural activities and entertainment or a nature lover who’s always ready to pack for a long walk in the mountain, we have the basic vocabulary and expressions covered.

Of course, you must feel free to expand and enrich this basic vocabulary with words and expressions of your own, and we will be glad to hear about what you enjoy doing in your spare time.

We have tried to include informative and, hopefully, exciting notes on Norwegian culture and how Norwegians typically like to spend their free time.

You’ve probably heard about the Norwegian Hytte.

Well, this week, Ben will discover that en hytte is so much more than just a cabin, it’s a whole concept and a way of life.

Cecilie will visit a friend in Oslo and enjoy the capital’s cultural offers, and Dina will go to a concert.

But we don’t want to spoil the fun…so we’ll say nothing more, besides that we hope you also will have an exciting week learning Norwegian.
