Sources of stress

One of the first steps in the management and reduction of stress is to identify the main stress factors.

Read Sources and Effects of Work-related Stress in Nursing, available in the Health Science Journal. In this paper Moustaka and Constantinidis identify a useful six-point framework which can help us become aware of these factors.
