Pros and cons of migrating

Having discussed motivations for moving to other countries to work, we will explore the advantages and disadvantages of this phenomenon, not only to nurses but also to source and recipient countries.

Read The Benefits and Caveats of International Nurse Migration by Li, Nie and Li (2014) from the International Journal of Nursing Sciences. This article summarises contributing factors to migration, and the positive and negative impact, from each perspective.
