That means they can stabilize your blood sugar so it's very important thing is you have to control your blood sugar in the elderly. So we suggest you you can consume low glycemic index diet such as complex carbohydrate. It's very different from simple carbohydrate. What's the differences between complex and simple?

For complex carbohydrate, that means many glucose, many simple sugars. So what kind of foods contain complex carbohydrates? Such as the whole grain foods. The third layer is you can see low glycemic index, whole fruits and legumes and nuts and above the ground vegetables. Very important thing is the food safety.
