Machines or men? DISCUSSION

What is best – machines or men? For example in a coffee factory like the one you see in the video here, it is important for product quality to sort the beans according to size and weight.

Is it best to have a workplace for 100 persons, standing at assembly lines sorting beans - with the possibility of them developing pain and problems in their back , neck and arms - or to have a factory with ten persons who control machines which sort the beans, like the one you see here?
