Skip to 0 minutes and 13 seconds In this video we will cook Mediterranean Seabass for four people. It’s healthy and very easy to prepare. The ingredients are 2 seabasses, 200 grams of cherry tomatoes, a hundred grams of black olives, capers, about 2 tablespoons, and 40 grams of extra virgin olive oil. We start by cleaning the seabass and chopping the tomatoes. After having chopped everything, put the olives and the tomatoes inside of a bowl. Now we add some extra virgin olive oil, some capers and a pinch of salt. After mixing the tomatoes, the olives and the capers, we just stuff the fish with them, then we add a little bit of oil on top. The total amount should be about 40 grams for four people.

Skip to 1 minute and 4 seconds Put the fish in the oven for 20 minutes at about 180 degrees. . As you see, it’s very easy to prepare and voilà. Buon appetito!
