In this course we have explored the scientific backgrounds of the Mediterranean and the Okinawa diets, we have had a deeper insight into each type of diet with regards to their healthy aspects. We have learned about healthy source of proteins and the secrets of carbohydrates and oils.

We would like to thank all of you for your participation, comments, and responses. It has been great to share the journey with you and your fellow learners as we explored how to make healthier choices by examining two different diets, the Mediterranean and Okinawa ones.
