This week you looked at the emerging technologies that may impact the omni-channel supply chain in the future. You were introduced to various state-of-the-art technologies such as IoT, 3DP, drones and driverless cars, where pros and cons were discussed. With heavy reliance on technology, such as computing and telecommunications, cyber security risks with an impact on the broader environment are unavoidable.

Throughout this week you were encouraged to examine the prospects of omni-channels in the coming years, and the influence (positive or negative) emerging technologies bring to omni-channel retailing and supply chain efficiency.

Take some time now to review and reflect on the steps and activities you have undertaken this week. Which did you find were the most challenging, intriguing or rewarding? Post your feedback in the Comments area.
