What you've learnt this week

This week you’ve learnt about the importance of setting SMART goals and objectives and establishing key performance indicators to give your business goals structure and enhance your ability to achieve these business goals.

Once you have detailed goals, objectives and KPIs set, then you are in a good position to create action plans which detail how you intend to achieve these goals - these are the ‘nuts and bolts’ of your plan that inform what tasks, activities and resources are required and what timeframes will apply.

Before you move on to Week 4 make sure that you have used what you have learnt - set the SMART goals for your business and complete the action plan template for your business.
