Personas should be updated as your business progresses and evolves.
If you move your persona from proto-persona to design persona, you will need to undertake some primary research and include the findings of that research into the persona that you have created.
Construct your own proto-persona. To do this, have the following information on hand:
- An image/picture of who represents your target audience
- What they like
- Where they are located
- What motivates them
- How they develop their buying decisions
- How they may respond to marketing of your product or service.
