What's next?

In week 4 we will focus on the development of a customer journey.

We will discuss in detail what a customer journey is, how to develop your own customer journey and the various types available including; a day in the life, current and future state and service blueprints.

We will then take a look at the path customers or consumers take when making a purchase decision, together with the process of marketing attribution.

By having a detailed customer journey, you will be better equipped to predict the purchasing behaviours of your customers and consumers and implement any changes necessary to simplify this process within your own online business.
