Introduction

Welcome to Online Business: Profiling for Success; a four-week journey designed to help you focus on profiling your online market and customers.

Understanding your market and who you are selling to, is a key part of effective marketing. This course gives you some basic knowledge and skills, along with the confidence to build a customer profile

Over the four weeks, we will explain the importance of a customer profile, how it contributes to customer acquisition and retention, along with touching on the implications for your business’s marketing plan.

Throughout the course, we will provide you with some practical suggestions that can assist you in identifying and building loyal customers.

Before moving on, introduce yourself in the comments section and share what you hope to get out of this course.
