Start Building!

Lee’s journey has taken you through the construction of a classic proto-persona.

Personas should be updated as your business progresses and evolves.

If you move your persona from proto-persona to design persona, you will need to undertake some primary research and include the findings of that research into the persona that you have created.


Activity

Construct your own proto-persona. To do this, have the following information on hand:

  • An image/picture of who represents your target audience
  • What they like
  • Where they are located
  • What motivates them
  • How they develop their buying decisions
  • How they may respond to marketing of your product or service.
