Gross development value £2.4 billion (31 Dec 2015) 6. 4 million sq. ft. of office accommodation, 333 new residential units and community facilities within aa 22 acre site 7. 1 million square feet. already let, with the Financial Conduct Authority and Transport for London occupying first two buildings. 8. Over 25,000 people will work at IQL when complete 9. 202 trains will pass through Stratford (nearest station) per hour at peak 10. Every London airport can be reached in 60 minutes or less 11. Surrounded by over 560 acres of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and direct access to Olympic sports facilities. 12. Newham’s unemployment rate dropped from 10% in 2015 to 5.8% in 2017 13. 36% of working residents in Newham are low paid, the highest percentage in London (Dec 2017)
