Pharmacy curriculum design
Pharmacy education has been going through major worldwide development for the past 2 decades. PharmD programs were approved in many countries.
In Taiwan, the first PharmD program began in 2009. Until now, most of the major Colleges of Pharmacy, in Taiwan, offers PharmD programs. In this session, Prof. Chang explains the current curriculum of a PharmD program by using the example of the College of Pharmacy at Taipei Medical University. First, she will introduce the IPPE (Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience) course designed for the PharmD students.
