Introduction to Week 4

Last week you focused on running your project: how to monitor the progress and stay in control when your project goes off plan, including your role as project manager in this phase. Finally, you looked at how to conduct project meetings.

In this final week, you will become familiar with a technique called earned value analysis to understand whether your project is on plan, in terms of progress and costs. Then, you will look at how to motivate and evaluate your project team. Finally, you will look at how to conclude your project, learning from your project experience.
