肺部復健系列: Part3
本課程內容會介紹肺部復健在居家自我照護該注意的事項。
首先提到肺部復健個案的自我管理與行為改變，醫師會教導自我照護内容，影片中會有肺部病患適合的復健運動示範，醫師應教導藥物使用等，何教授會以影片示範數種藥劑使用方式。
第二週課程會以肺部復健個案為範例，說明成效評估。對肺部疾病病人的評估，包含症狀、功能、疾病嚴重性、身體活動量與運動耐力、營養、自我效能、生活品質等七項評估，本週課程會進行探討，介紹臨床上會使用到的評估量表，不同量表涵蓋的內容、使用時機以及注意事項。
最後介紹健康照護體係與未來方向，智慧型裝置以及遠距醫療在胸腔疾病肺部復健運動的應用。導入智慧型科技並融入復健照護計畫，是肺部復健發展的方向，以數位裝置進行肺部復健的臨床實驗，實際導入現代科技之應用。
本課程相關領域專業人員進修之用，提供呼吸治療師、護理師、醫師和長期照護服務員及家屬做為持續教育之學習，提升肺部復健臨床技能，落實肺部復健從業人員終身學習之目標。
