Comment Discovery Tool survey

Lancaster University is carrying out research into platform features which affect social learning, and have developed the Comment Discovery Tool which you may have used during the course.

If you have used this feature we would like to invite you to take part in an optional survey, open until 8th June 2018. Your feedback will help us to understand:

  • the importance of social features in your learning experience
  • how the comment discovery tool has affected this

We will use the feedback to develop the comment discovery tool further, for publication in academic journals and PhD theses.

To take part, please click here. It should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

Your responses are anonymous. We will summarise responses and share our findings as an academic paper. All the information collected during this survey will be stored and handled according to Lancaster University’s research ethics code of practice. For more information, read the participant information sheet linked from the survey.

Please note that this is an independent academic research survey carried out by Lancaster University and your participation is subject to the University’s own policies and terms. FutureLearn takes no responsibility for the contents or the consequences of your participation in this survey. Your participation in the research has no effect on your course progress, marks or FutureLearn profile.
