Where in the world?

Each week we want to tell you a bit more about some of the ingredients included in the recipes we’ve provided and where in the world they came from. As the world opened up, so did the ingredients being used, and where they were being sourced. Some of them were home-grown, but many were transported from far-flung corners of the world.

Using the Cook-a-long recipes in Steps 1.10 and 1.11 we’ve animated five ingredients to give you a sense of the journeys these ingredients made before arriving on the table.

We’ve also included some further ingredient facts in this PDF for you to digest and some further reading below.
