Articulating, sharing and evidencing the impact of leadership competencies can sometimes be difficult. With this final assessment course you will reflect on your leadership practice and create a portfolio to evidence your leadership impact.

Through the course you will share your knowledge and experiences by keeping a weekly blog. You will have opportunity to ask questions and share ideas with other learners before publishing your reflections, communicating the value of a culture of learning.

Who is the course for?

This course is for anyone working in or aspiring to a leadership position and will be especially helpful to those new to and wishing to explore the concept of leadership.

This course should only be started after all other courses in the program are complete.

Who will you learn with?

Jason leads the design of national leadership interventions for the NHS. He is a consultant, coach, and lifelong learner - curious about how people can work together more effectively in groups.

Clare has worked in the NHS for all her career, in clinical practice, education and management, she is currently a Head of Service at the NHS Leadership Academy
