This course will introduce you to different project management methodologies, including agile and lean methodologies, in the context of building IT solutions.

You will be assigned to work in a team based project, supervised by an experienced academic staff member. As a member of the project team, you will demonstrate teamwork skills, apply project management techniques and develop a solution to a real-world problem.
