The Changing Careers Landscape

Preparing young people for jobs today is radically different from a generation ago.

Jobs are increasingly done ‘on the move’, anytime of the day, in almost any location.

Career paths are no longer linear, people are more likely than ever to switch careers, to work for a range of big and small employers across their lifetime and to set up their own businesses.

In this step we will look at what the world of work could look like for future graduates and what this means in terms of the skills, qualities and aptitudes they need to develop.
