Sara Calvo

Dr Sara Calvo is the co-founder and CEO of Minca Ventures Ltd/Living in Minca. She is also a Senior Lecturer at Universidad Internacional de la Rioja. She is an expert in sustainability, entrepreneurship and innovation. She has carried consultancy work with a wide range of sustainable related businesses in South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. She is also an experienced researcher and has published articles and books about social entrepreneurship, sustainable businesses and innovation. She is a certified coach and business consultant. Andres Morales

Dr Andrés Morales is the co-founder and COO of Minca Ventures Ltd/Living in Minca. He is also a Lecturer at Universidad Internacional de la Rioja. Prior to this, he worked as a General Manager for a social business company in London. He has a wide range of experience working as a social enterprise consultant as well as an educator in several European, African, Asian and Latin American countries. [Rashvin Pal Singh]

Rashvin Pal Singh leads the Business Development and Strategic direction of the organization, whilst keeping in-touch with the day-to-day operations. Rashvin’s main areas of passion and focus lies in the fields of Sustainable Development, Social Entrepreneurship, and alternative models to growth economics. He is also passionate about understanding the links between human behavior, culture and history; and its role in shaping development. See more about Rash here.

[Zoe Victoria]

Zoe is the co-founder and CEO, of Biji-biji Initiative. As a co-founder, she helps to develop the future direction of the company through strategic partnerships and business development. At the same time, as HR manager she looks after the team and is always scouting for the next Biji-biji member to help the organisation grow stronger and smarter together. See more about Zoe here.

Fergus Lyon

Fergus Lyon is a Professor of Enterprise and Organisations in the Centre for Enterprise and Economic Development Research, Middlesex University in London and Deputy Director of the ESRC Centre for the Understanding of Sustainable Prosperity. Fergus has over 150 publications including 50 substantial reports for policy makers funded by UK and international donors, 30 papers in established international journals, 25 book chapters, a number of shorter policy briefings and two books on social research methodologies.

Jose María Martin Martin

He is a senior lecturer at the University of Granada (Spain), Department of International and Spanish Economy. The interests of his research focus on sustainable tourism, social sustainability, and sustainable development. He is a third-party consultant in tourist planning for diverse Spanish public agencies as well as private companies. For more than 10 years, he has led the consulting service of several firms. His last projects are concerned with the assessment of the socioeconomic impacts of sharing economy on local communities and entrepreneurs. He is author of more than thirty papers published in indexed journals.

Nafis Hazri

Nafis Hazri has seven years of experience in the social impact scene, he currently is the CEO of Nation Building School, a youth development platform that has empowered 4000 youths in Malaysia, and is the Co Founder of Luminary, a social enterprise that designs solar off grid solutions that provide clean water to rural communities. He also consults other malaysian organisations on their Social Impact and Community Empowerment initiatives. His previous corporate experience includes a management consultant at a big four firm and a data analyst at a HR consulting firm.
