Conclusion and Review
Now we’ve finished the six-week sessions. Let’s do a final review.
In Week 1 we discussed social innovation and social entrepreneurship. In Week 2 we discussed how to measure and manage impact. We also talked about Theory of Change. In Week 3 we discussed CSR, CSV, and Collective Impact. In Week 4 we discussed impact investing. It is vital to mobilize financial resources, and thus, understanding impact investors’ perspective and motivation would be very useful. In Week 5 we discussed social business model canvas, which is useful to organize your ideas and solutions for other stakeholders around you.
This week we discussed how to perform M&E (monitoring and evaluation) to generate information on how to better allocate limited resources to make bigger impacts. Hope you enjoyed all the six sessions.
