We’ve covered a lot already, we started by gaining an understanding of the move we are seeing away from hierarchy’s toward networks and how this shift is changing the way we think about and practice strategy. In our second week we moved on to learn about building strategic trust and guiding strategic conversations. In this last week we will introduce the basics of the strategic doing model as a means of network transformation. We’ll also look at the critical role experimentation plays in designing, testing, and adjusting strategy. Let’s get started on the final leg of our journey together.
