This course aims to identify the choices available to formulate and deliver the most appropriate business strategy, ensuring that it is continuously improved and driven by an appropriate leadership style. We will explore how strategy formulation selects the best course of action to meet the organisational objects and vision set out in the previous course Strategy formulation is a deliberate and diligent plan to invest in the future of an organisation and demands a structured approach which the use of strategic frameworks will provide.

    • Ansoff Matrix

  • Strategic management implementation strategies of Hoshin Kanri and continuous improvement processes of Kaizen and PDCA
  • Strategic Management leadership styles
