Introduction to Week 1
In this step, Klaas will introduce you to Week 1.
The week will start with exploring the various roles students can have at an higher education institution. We will use the University of Groningen throughout the course as a good practice to showcase how students can be involved in an organisation. Browse through the online portfolio or listen to the interview with the vice-chancellor, Elmer Sterken.
In the second part of Week 1 we will focus on professional behaviour in an academic setting. The professional behaviour framework – developed by the students of Nestorsupport (the helpdesk of the online learning environment of the University of Groningen) – will be presented.
