Supply Chain Cybersecurity

Welcome to Supply Chain Cybersecurity. This course provides you with the skills and knowledge to help protect yourself and supply chain organisations from cybersecurity threats. You’ll gain an understanding of how to identify and report threats, what is required to promote cybersecurity within your workplace, and how to limit the potential impact of online security breaches.

The course is broken up into five weeks for five topics, and each should take you about 10 hours to complete (including time to work on assessments).

Almost weekly cyber breaches make the news with huge implications for business supply chains, as well as for the security of client data. Even large corporations like Apple Meta and Twitter have all disclosed cyber security attacks. The more we interconnect all aspects of our lives, the more we need to understand cybersecurity. This five week course will guide you through the jargon and definitions of all things cyber. We will begin with the basics of cybercrime, cyber security, cyber actors and cyber threats, then progressively dive deeper into the implications for business and supply lines and the impacts these attacks have both upstream to suppliers and downstream to consumers.
