Planning is the ‘glue’ that holds the supply chain together. It is the conductor that orchestrates the different supply chain players across the globe.

There are some relatively simple principles that underpin supply chain planning with different demand patterns demanding different supply chain responses. As we look to the future more data driven approaches offer the ability to gain true end to end visibility. Enabling new business models that more effectively balance demand and supply.

To start to bring this week to a close, I would like you to summarise the main learnings from this week on 1 sheet of A4. It can be words or pictures.
