In this video you’re introduced to the Haydn Scale – a tool that’s used by teaching staff to help them identify, and reflect on the factors that influence classroom climate and teacher authority. This can then inform and help staff develop a better working atmosphere for successful learning.

  • What do you notice?
  • What changes are occurring in the working atmosphere?
  • What impact do you think the changes have on the class and individuals learning?
