End of week reflections

Thank you for joining us on week 1 of our farm to fork course and for all your interesting discussions.

Throughout the week we explored soil, water and plant health with a closer look at microplastics, heavy metals, mycotoxins and plant disease.

Next week we will cover the importance of animal health and welfare and you will be invited to explore another range of interesting case studies.
