End of week reflections

Thank you for joining us on week 2 of our Farm to Fork course.

This week we explored animal feed, prevention and biosecurity measures and animal welfare. Next week, you will learn about food contaminants and drug residues in food. The efforts being made to ensure pathogen free food will be introduced and you will explore the response to these challenges by food safety experts.

Once again, we will discuss this important area with a range of relevant complementary case studies.
