End of week reflections

Thank you for joining us on week 3 of our course exploring food contaminants, drug residues, food pathogens and the control measures which exist within the food production system.

Please join us in the final week of the course where the impact of climate change and global food security is considered. Throughout the week we will focus on the influence changing climates have on soil, water, plant and animal health, and the subsequent effect on our food production systems.
