This week you have learnt about the role of HR in sustainable business and the ethical considerations of getting the organisation to support and realign its direction, to envision new ways of operating.

You have learnt that the motivation of employees is an important factor in building momentum for the organisation’s sustainability initiatives. As well, you’ve considered the factors that motivate employees to get behind business that demonstrates green and sustainable practice, rather than being driven purely by profit. You have learnt what constitutes human sustainability and what green HR functions are key to maintaining a sustainable organisation.
