This week Beverley and Alex have helped you explore teaching strategies for addressing misconceptions in plant respiration. You’ve seen examples of practical investigations to help your students use plants to tackle their misconceptions about respiration. You’ve considered how good questions can help you to assess whether your students have overcome their misconceptions. You’ve also shared ideas for teaching and learning resources that can address misconceptions in biology.
