How to develop your venture

Understanding, analyzing and probing ideas with target customers is crucial in developing your venture. In this week we will introduce the practices necessary to develop your venture.

We will introduce and explain the concepts of market segmentation and customer research including how to successfully these concepts. We also explain why and how entrepreneurs identify target markets and how entrepreneurs distinguish themselves from competitors based on a unique value proposition. Finally, we address why it is important to think about prototyping from a lean start up perspective.
