Retrieval practice with Nearpod

In this video, Grace Oliver, Head of Computing at Godolphin & Latymer School (secondary), shares her use of a technology tool for retrieval practice.

Grace shares how she learned about metacognition for learning and considered, as part of a professional development qualification, how she could make use of the learning in her teaching practice. She describes how she chose this particular technology for its diverse range of question types; allowing pupils to retrieve their knowledge in a range of different ways.

The tools used by Grace are:
