Explore the factors influential to student learning in the practice setting

The safety of patients relies on effective facilitation of learning, and valid and reliable assessment in nursing. We analyse the application of theory and your personal experiences to design clinical learning for the development of safe and effective practitioners. The influence of an organisation’s characteristics upon student learning is featured within a framework of students’ psychosocial needs and perspectives.
